Web Design Process
The following steps describe the process of developing your web project:
- Company Information and website objective
By filling out our form, you can tell us about your company, services, audience, and site goals and objectives. - Scope of Work
Based on the information you provided, we try to determine your needs. What type of site you want? Static, Dynamic or Flash? Give some examples. - Contract /Agreement
Once we determine your web project details, due date and pricing, we prepare a contract for your review, and signature. - Good Faith Deposit
Once we receive the web design agreement along with a 50% good faith deposit, we can begin your project. - Client input
We start collecting all the materials possible from the client. The more the better, to produce the layout and look the client is shooting for. - Sample Mocksite sites
We usually design 2 or 3 mock web site designs and layouts based on the materials and information the client provided. Prompt and accurate feedback is essential in the web design process. - Client chooses a design
The client chooses which design they like the best and request any additional changes if necessary. - Developing your site
We constantly stay in contact with the client during this step. Based on client input and feedback, the site reaches its complete stage. - Site Completion
The client pays the remaining balance, and the site is made available to the public. The client can start advertising, by telling friends and/or businesses.
